Refunds are available within the first 7 days of enrolling in any course. To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to info@jeelalquran.com, explaining the reason for your dissatisfaction. Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day window has passed. - Refund Process:
Once a refund request is received, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the payment process may be deducted from the refund amount. - Course Cancellation by JEEL AL-QURAN:
If JEEL AL-QURAN cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, enrolled students will receive a full refund. Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course of equal value at no additional cost. - Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for failure to complete a course or for dissatisfaction based on personal preferences after the 7-day refund period has expired. Additionally, any customized or personalized services related to the course (e.g., one-on-one tutoring sessions) are non-refundable.
